Retractable Grilles - Commercial
The VBS/SG10 retractable grille is manufactured as a galvanised steel lattice in a large choice of coloured powder coat finishes (click here to see stocked colours). This is a fully framed grille securely fixed around all four sides, creating high security for domestic use and medium security for the commercial and retail markets.
Top hung on rollers, the grille easily retracts to provide an exceptional width of clear window or door space, whilst pulled across the opening and locked, the SG10 acts as a strong barrier against would-be intruders. With an optional hinge-up floor track, any trip hazard is avoided when the unit is used across a doorway.
The lattice allows a high degree of visibility and is the perfect solution for retail outlets, allowing 24 hour display of merchandise. As a high quality access barrier, it can also be used internally to protect bar and counter openings, to block access to parts of a building, to divide rooms, to create cages around banks of computers, to protect openings to internal shops in museums or galleries and for a further array of functions.
